Important Dates:

April 1: Registration deadline for quilts to be displayed in the show. Quilts should be registered using the online form.

Thursday, April 13, 10am-2:30pm: 1st quilt drop off date.  Drop your registered quilts off at 18 John Galt Road (the Clemson Extension).

Sunday, April 16, 1pm-3pm: 2nd quilt drop off date at the Clemson Extension. 

​

Friday, April 21st: Judging

​

Saturday, April 29, 5:00-6:00pm: Quilt pick up/return at the Quilt Show

It is a LOT of work to put on our quilt show, and we need YOUR help!  Please review the attached descriptions of duties and sign up sheets, and contact Bobbie at bobbieelder@yahoo.com or call 502-767-9144 to sign up!

Please help us find businesses that would like to help by sponsoring our quilt show!  Sponsors will receive advertising space in our quilt show program.  Forms should be submitted no later than March 31st.
