PREPARING YOUR QUILT
All quilts must have a label on the back lower right hand corner (the lower right with the back of the quilt facing you) that includes your name and phone number.
Each entry must be delivered in its own pillowcase. Each pillowcase must have a label securely attached with the maker's name, phone number and name of quilt.
SUBMITTING YOUR QUILT
Thursday, April 18th: 5pm - 6pm Carteret Street United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall
Please note that quilt intake will END promptly at 6pm, as the church has a service Thursday evening, and we will have to leave the fellowship hall and move to the upstairs room in the Education Building behind the church for the actual guild meeting. So -- COME EARLY to get your quilts turned in! You can park in the church parking lot to turn in your quilts -- but you will need to move your car before the guild meeting to the dirt lot behind the church, or to another spot (note, you may have to pay for parking until 7pm).

Turning in your Quilts
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to help at the quilt show! Click the file to the right for the volunteer schedule - and consider signing up if you haven't already! Please note that there are multiple tabs for different volunteer opportunities, and the last sheet shows a summary by person. Sign up sheets will be available at our guild meetings.
Quilt Registration - CLOSED
Quilt registration is open until April 1st. There are two easy ways to register your quilt - online, or on paper.
To register online, click the ONLINE REGISTRATION link.
To print a paper form, click the PAPER FORM.
Paper forms should be mailed to SIQ, PO Box 1446, Beaufort, SC 29901 on or before April 1st.
All registrants (online and paper) will receive an e-mail confirmation of each quilt registered.
